In 2015, Shaoguan Hydraulics undertook the development of AGC hydraulic cylinders for 2250 mm hot rolling line at Baosteel's Zhanjiang steel base, and localized the hydraulic cylinders through comprehensive cooperation. According to the practical working conditions of the AGC and AWC servo hydraulic cylinders and requirements of different measurement and control devices, Shaoguan Hydraulics used its advanced process and production technology to design an advanced seal ed structure. Meanwhile, Shaoguan Hydraulics designed measurement and control devices for American MTS and Japanese Sony sensors,  which received users' praise. In terms of thickness and width of rolled steel plates, the hydraulic cylinders developed by Shaoguan Hydraulics can be perfect substitutes for the imported high-end ones. Currently, as for the AGC hydraulic cylinders manufactured by Shaoguan Hydraulics, the maximum cylinder diameter is φ1780 mm and the maximum cylinder stroke 600 mm.
